One account, a separate workspace for every client
Agencies lose time when client data lives in one shared feed. On the Agency plan each client brand gets its own workspace, and nothing leaks from one client to another.
| Per client workspace | Agency plan | Enterprise plan |
|---|---|---|
| Client workspaces | 15 | 50 |
| Keywords across all clients | 30 | 75 |
| Competitors per workspace | 10 | 25 |
| Web mentions a month | 150,000 | 300,000 |
| AI prompts a week in 5 engines | 150 | 300 |
| Own alert rules, email and Slack | ||
| White-label PDF reports | ||
| Client read-only access | ||
| Seats for your team | 15 | Unlimited |
| History | 24 months | 36 months |
| API access | Read | Full API and webhooks |
You switch between clients from the workspace menu. Every workspace keeps its own brand terms, exclusions, competitors, tracked AI prompts and alert rules, so a negative review for one client never lands in the Slack channel of another. Limits count what is used in the billing period, so plan the 30 keywords across your client list the way you plan hours.
The monitoring itself is the same as on every plan: mentions from news sites, blogs, forums, Reddit, Hacker News, review sites, YouTube and X, each with sentiment and estimated reach. How risk items are found and flagged is described on the page about reputation monitoring software.
White-label reports your clients read
Reports are the product your clients actually see. MentionRadar builds a PDF for each workspace on a weekly or monthly schedule with the client logo on the cover and your agency named as the author. Email delivery uses your agency name as the sender name. MentionRadar branding stays off white-label reports.
Each report opens with three numbers a client understands at a glance: mentions in the period, share of voice against the chosen competitors and the AI visibility score. Below them come the most read mentions, the negative items and the AI answers that changed since the last report.
Share of voice is measured on the web and in AI answers separately, so a client sees where competitors win. The method is explained on the share of voice tool page.

Clients now ask a new question in every status call: what does ChatGPT say about us. The Agency plan answers it with numbers. Each workspace runs its tracked prompts every week in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews and records whether the brand is named, its position, whether it is recommended and which competitors appear instead.
The score from 0 to 100 puts that into one figure per client and per engine, which makes it a clear deliverable for SEO and content retainers: you show the starting score, the pages the engines cite and the change after your work. Prompt selection and scoring are covered on the AI visibility tracker page and in the methodology.
Roles for your team and read-only access for clients
Fifteen seats on the Agency plan, four roles, and clients who see their own data without being able to change anything.

Onboard a client in one sitting
Create the workspace, add the brand name, its domain and competitors, pick the prompts buyers ask in that category and set the report schedule. The first mentions arrive within 15 minutes and the first AI run within the week.
Alerts that reach the right people
Each workspace has its own email recipients and Slack channel, with rules on sentiment, reach, source and keyword. Your account lead hears about a negative high reach story for a client while it is still small.
Data into your own dashboards
Read access to the API and CSV export let you pull mentions and scores into the reporting tools your agency already uses. Enterprise adds the full API and webhooks.

Questions agencies ask about MentionRadar
What is reputation management software for agencies?
It is software that lets an agency monitor what is said about several client brands from one account, keep each client separate and send each client its own report. MentionRadar covers the monitoring side: mentions on news sites, blogs, forums, Reddit, Hacker News, review sites, YouTube and X, plus what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews say about each client. Your team handles the response work.
How many clients can I manage on the Agency plan?
The Agency plan includes 15 client workspaces, 30 tracked keywords shared across them, 150,000 mentions a month, 150 prompts a week in five AI engines and 15 seats. Each workspace has its own keywords, up to 10 competitors, alert rules and reports. Enterprise raises the limits to 50 workspaces, 75 keywords, 300,000 mentions and 300 prompts a week with unlimited seats.
What does white-label mean in the reports?
Scheduled PDF reports carry the client logo and your agency name as the author, and email reports go out with your agency name as the sender name. MentionRadar branding is not shown on white-label reports. You choose weekly or monthly delivery per client workspace.
What can a client see with read-only access?
A client user sees only their own workspace: the mentions feed, sentiment, share of voice, the AI visibility score and past reports. They cannot change keywords, prompts, alert rules or billing, and they never see other clients of your agency.
How is the AI visibility score calculated for each client?
Every week MentionRadar runs the tracked prompts of each client in the AI engines on your plan and records whether the brand is named, in which position and whether it is recommended. The score from 0 to 100 combines those three signals across all prompts and engines, so you can compare clients and show progress month over month. The full method is on the methodology page.
Does MentionRadar reply to reviews or remove content for my clients?
No. MentionRadar monitors, scores, alerts and reports. It does not post replies, log into review profiles or ask platforms to remove content. That keeps client accounts in your hands and the voice of every reply under your control.
How much does the Agency plan cost?
Agency costs $249 a month billed yearly ($2,988 a year) or $499 month to month. You pay by card at checkout and the plan starts right away. If you outgrow it, Enterprise costs $499 a month billed yearly or $999 month to month, with the same self-serve checkout.
