Questions about plans and billing
How much do social listening tools cost?
Listening tools for brands usually start around $199 to $249 a month, and AI visibility trackers are sold separately from about $29 a month for a small number of prompts. MentionRadar includes both in one plan starting at $24 a month billed yearly or $49 billed monthly.
Is there a free plan?
There is no free plan. You can run one brand scan from the homepage without an account and keep one saved snapshot with a PDF after signup. Ongoing monitoring, alerts and AI tracking start with a paid plan.
What does Save 50% mean?
Yearly billing costs exactly half of monthly billing. Starter is $288 a year instead of $588, Growth $888 instead of $1,788, Agency $2,988 instead of $5,988 and Enterprise $5,988 instead of $11,988. Yearly plans are billed upfront.
Can I buy Enterprise online?
Yes. Enterprise has a public price and a checkout button like every other plan. You pay by card at checkout, and yearly Enterprise plans can also be billed by invoice. Questions go to [email protected].
Which AI engines are included on each plan?
Starter tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Growth, Agency and Enterprise add Gemini and Claude, so all five engines run the same prompts. There are no per-engine fees.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Limits count usage in the billing period: mentions collected and AI prompt runs executed. You see usage bars in the dashboard and a prompt to move up a plan at 80 percent. Deleting a keyword does not return quota, the count resets with the next period.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from the billing page. Moving to a higher plan or to yearly billing charges the difference for the rest of the period right away. Cancelling stops renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Do you charge in other currencies?
Prices are in US dollars. Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency. Applicable sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout.
