Encrypted, no card needed

Agorapulse prices its plans per user: Standard $99, Professional $149 and Advanced $199 a month, or $79, $119 and $149 on annual billing. Deeper social listening is the separate Advanced Listening add-on, sold through a demo with no public price. If you mainly need mentions, alerts and reports, MentionRadar runs $49 to $499 a month and also tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

Agorapulse is a publishing and social inbox tool first. That shapes the bill: you pay for seats and social profiles, and listening depth is something you add on top. Before you renew or sign, work out which of those three jobs you are actually paying for.

How much does Agorapulse cost?

Agorapulse's pricing page shows three self-serve plans and a Custom tier. All three include 10 social profiles, and extra profiles are listed at $10 to $15 a month each. A 30 day free trial needs no credit card.

PlanMonthly billing (per user)Annual billing (per user, per month)Social profiles
Standard$99$7910
Professional$149$11910
Advanced$199$14910
CustomQuote through a demo, unlimited profiles

Prices checked on Agorapulse's pricing page in October 2026. Because they are per user, a three person team on Professional is roughly $450 a month on monthly billing, before extra profiles or add-ons.

Does Agorapulse have social listening?

Yes, but the pricing page lists it as an add-on called Advanced Listening, available through Book a demo. It covers keyword searches with filters, mention monitoring by language, location, sentiment or source, and adding results to reports. Competitive Benchmarking is a second add-on priced the same way. Some third-party review sites describe listening as part of a mid-tier plan or quote a per-search fee. These sources disagree, so ask for the price in writing.

What happened to Mention?

Agorapulse acquired Mention in May 2025. Mention's older Solo, Pro and Pro Plus plans are closed to new customers, and the product now sits on a single Company plan from about $599 a month on a yearly contract. Our Mention pricing breakdown has the details. If you came to Agorapulse for Mention's monitoring, expect a quote rather than a rate card.

Is Agorapulse worth it for listening alone?

Usually not. Agorapulse earns its price when a team schedules posts, answers comments and messages in one inbox and reports on social accounts. If your seats are mostly there to read the mention feed, you pay per user for a publishing suite and then pay again for listening.

An audit takes ten minutes. List what each seat did last month: scheduled posts, handled inbox items, or read mentions. Seats in the third group are the ones to move to a cheaper tool.

What MentionRadar covers

Starter includes 3 keywords, 3 competitors, 5,000 web mentions a month and 1 seat. Sources include news, blogs, forums, Reddit, Hacker News, reviews, YouTube and X. It has email alerts and 15 AI prompts weekly across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

Growth includes 30,000 mentions, 40 prompts across 5 engines including Gemini and Claude, cited sources, Slack alerts, scheduled PDF reports and 5 seats. Agency adds 15 client workspaces, white-label reports and 15 seats. Monthly plans carry no long contract. Compare limits on the MentionRadar pricing page.

What you would still need Agorapulse for

MentionRadar does not publish posts, run a shared inbox or monitor Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. If those are daily tasks, keep one or two Agorapulse seats for them and move the reading and reporting somewhere cheaper.

How to cut an Agorapulse bill

  • Count active seats. Pricing is per user, so removing people who only read reports is the fastest saving.
  • Check profile counts. Each extra profile beyond 10 adds $10 to $15 a month.
  • Move to annual billing only after the audit. It saves $20 to $50 per user a month, but locks in seats you may not need.
  • Get the listening add-on quoted in writing. Ask what changes if you drop it after the first term.
  • Run a dedicated monitor in parallel for two weeks. Compare relevant mentions, missing sources and report quality on the same brand terms.

Can I split publishing and listening?

Yes, and many small teams do. Keep one scheduler for posting and send mentions, alerts and weekly reports from a dedicated listening tool. The combined cost is lower only if the smaller Agorapulse plan still covers your publishing needs, so check seats and profiles first.

Mentions also raise questions your customers keep asking. When a pattern shows up, a short customer survey with text, voice or video answers tells you why, which a mention feed cannot.

The short version

Agorapulse costs $79 to $199 per user a month for publishing and inbox, with listening sold as a quoted add-on. If most seats only read mentions, a dedicated monitor does that for $49 to $499 a month and adds AI answer tracking.
